Creating and Collaborating with UMich's GEAR UP Program

This past week, one of our clients, The University of Michigan's GEAR UP Program, presented at the National GEAR UP Conference. Their presentation served as a model and tool for other GEAR UP Programs across the country to create and collaborate robustly with partners. 

It was an honor and privilege to be asked by our GEAR UP partners to assist in their presentation, which included this video we filmed prior to them traveling to Washington, DC. This quick video (edited due to presentation time parameters) speaks to a multiple facets of why we do this work and how we do this work.

Having a client share that Hampton Consulting is a "model and exemplar of what/who a partner should be" was humbling and affirming. This is why we create and collaborate with our clients.
