Tiffany Sinclair is a seasoned human resources leader with 20 years of strategic and operational HR experience, specializing in mission-driven organizations. With executive-level expertise from her work at the American Diabetes Association and CNS Healthcare, a regional mental health services provider, Tiffany is recognized for her personable, data-driven approach and broad HR competencies across all functions.

She is certified by both the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence. Tiffany holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in HR Management and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University.

A proud Detroit native, Tiffany is deeply committed to giving back. She actively supports her sorority’s service initiatives and volunteers within the SHRM community at national, regional, and local levels, bringing her passion for people and community engagement to every role she undertakes.
