Teach For America's mission is to enlist, develop, and mobilize as many as possible of our nation's most promising future leaders to grow and strengthen the movement for educational equity and excellence. In Southwest Ohio, Teach For America has a current teaching corps of 55, including over 200 alumni living in the region.

Recognizing the evolution of the region and community, Strategic Community Partners was asked to collaborate with the region to lead conversations around organizational culture and values, ultimately delivering a set of collective guiding values and a strategic implementation plan sample related to organizational culture and values.
