Racheal Allen is an accomplished operations executive with over 15+ years’ experience driving profitability and efficiency improvement for Detroit based non-profit organizations.

Racheal currently serves as the founding chief operating officer for the Marygrove Conservancy, where she oversees the day to day operations of the 53-acre campus, arts/cultural and community outreach and engagement, and the P-20 cradle to career educational community initiatives.

Prior to joining the Marygrove Conservancy, Racheal held a number of executive and general management roles with P&L responsibility of $20M, while delivering exponential contributions to cash flow. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she is known for strong project management skills, increasing organizational capacity through streamlining complex processes and helping clients reduce their costs.

With deep roots in the community and small business ecosystem, she serves as an operations strategist through her boutique-style consultancy firm Operations School. She is a graduate of Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit Class XLI, was named a 2020 Woman of Excellence by the Michigan Chronicle, and named a 2020 Change Maker by Channel 7 WXYZ Action News. Racheal received a B.A. in English from Marygrove College in Detroit.
