New Paradigm for Education (NPFE) is a non-profit charter management organization comprised of educational practitioners, community advocates, and business leaders who have dedicated years of service to children. NPFE specializes in maximizing student learning potential through proven education practices and managing all phases of school design, planning, and program implementation.

Working directly with the Superintendent and C-Suite, Strategic Community Partners built a strategic recruitment plan, with a goal of getting NPFE schools fully staffed for the 2017-2018 academic year and beyond. NPFE began 2017-2018 school year fully staffed, including a waitlist of qualified and interested candidates for numerous roles. In addition to leading recruitment efforts, Strategic Community Partners collaborates with NPFE on overall talent continuum work and partnerships.
