Jessica Hinton
Jessica Hinton serves as a Program Manager at Cinnaire’s Detroit office, where she leads community development initiatives in the Detroit market. She oversees the development and execution of the Cinnaire Community Connection Detroit strategy, which includes providing technical assistance to women in real estate development, transforming low-to-moderate income areas into stable middle-class neighborhoods, supporting community-driven plans, and introducing high school students to community and real estate development.
Jessica is passionate about revitalizing her hometown of Detroit and ensuring that all residents experience thriving neighborhoods. Before joining Cinnaire, she worked as a Program Assistant at Detroit Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), focusing on housing construction programs and capacity building for local community development organizations. She also held the role of Project Coordinator at the Metropolitan Organizing Strategy Enabling Strength (MOSES), where she fostered community relationships to promote racial equity and social justice.
Jessica holds a BA in Urban Studies and a Master of Urban Planning with a concentration in Urban Economic Development from Wayne State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and volunteering with Pure Heart Organization. She also serves as a Board Member of Brother 2 Brother.
