2021 Conference Recap

Strategic Community Partners was thrilled to host our second annual Culture for Change Conference on June 15-17, 2021!

Through our work with community-focused organizations, we have seen first-hand the tremendous impact these groups can have. However, an organization is more than a business with impact-driven goals: it's a collection of people who envision change and work toward a common mission. Impactful work can't be done without individuals working at every level to strategically and efficiently provide value to our community.

We care deeply about our community along with the individuals and groups that support and uplift them. We recognize that leadership and organizational culture are critical components of the mission-driven employee experience. That is why we launched the Culture for Change Conference - to help strengthen our nation’s talent through this multi-day conference experience!

The 2021 Culture for Change Conference provided mission-driven professionals with an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow togther through three days of engaging virtual programming.
