Throughout her career, she has served in pivotal roles, ranging from children’s protective services to supervising runaway youth shelters and foster care homes for girls. Her commitment to community empowerment continues through her work as a Health Educator for the nonprofit Caleb’s Kids, focusing on the mental health of youth, parents, and professionals.

In addition to her extensive social services experience, Catherine is a versatile educator, serving as an Early Childhood Education substitute teacher. Her passion for community engagement extends to her roles as a traveling notary and wedding officiant, fostering meaningful connections and facilitating important life events.
