Tirza Buelto brings over 11 years of experience in education management with the bulk of those years dedicated to data management and accountability work. Tirza has invested the last few years aligning strategy with accountability, utilizing her skills to advise school leadership on strategic accountability direction and school performance.
Tirza has worked in charter schools serving students K-12 and adult students, mental health, special education, and early intervention, and various non-profits and government agencies. These varied experiences speak to her multipotentialite personality.
Tirza earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from New York University and a Master of Arts in Special Education with a focus on Response to Intervention from Ball State University. Tirza is a proud puppy parent to a spoiled shih tzu/maltese. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, museums, and Netflix binge-watching.
